This is a blog about the Journey of Life and its associated challenges. It is sometimes raw and reaches past the boundaries of the PC crowd. But I could care less about that and believe the writing to speak the truth. As hard as life is, my hope and goal is that when reading this blog, you are able to take just one thing away from it, something that will affect your life in a positive way. For it is the typewritten page where I have learned the most and become wise.

So, here’s the real deal people. Life is difficult and punishing. And I hate to hit so hard so early, but this is it: There are no simple solutions to life’s problems.
Here’s why. No one, and I mean no one, cares about anyone else more than themselves. Which simply means this: When crucial life decisions must be made, people put themselves first every time. No matter the consequences. Straight-up.
Life is psychological warfare. We live in a fight or flight, pain or pleasure-seeking world. That’s it. That is the box of life. Striving to stay inside and win.
